    POLISHING MACHINE FOR SPECTROMETER

    A state of the art polishing machine developed specially for flat & parallel finish for high precision spectrometer analysis. This machine is much more superior as compared to belt polisher which has a zig - zag movement.

    The spectropol – SLE- 21 features a perforated disc, which is dynamically balanced and mounted on the motor shaft. This ensures a uniform and noiseless operation.

    The suction arrangement consists of 1 H.P. blower which holds the polishing disc uniformly on the on the perforated disc. The disc clamping system has been developed for fast change of polishing paper. A dust collector is an inbuilt attachment. A specially designed brake has also been incorporated which ensures immediate stopping.
